Who we are
This website, wellmasterhealth.com, is run by WellMaster, a brand of Outsource Worldwide, from our office at Adam Jee Road, Saddar Cantt, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
What we collect
When you send a bulk quote request, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name, business name, business type and city;
- your phone or WhatsApp number and email address;
- the delivery frequency and payment method you choose;
- the products, quantities and any other details you write in the message.
Our server also records the time of the request and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which we use only to stop spam and abuse.
If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.
How we use it
- to prepare and send your quote, and to contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email;
- to arrange delivery and payment if you place an order;
- to keep business records of the quotes we send and the orders we deliver.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Quote requests are stored in our website database on our hosting server, copied to a private Google Sheet used by our team, and sent to our business email inbox. Access is limited to the WellMaster staff who handle orders.
How long we keep it: only as long as we need it to deal with your request and to keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see “Your choices” below).
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts and images are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your details to third parties.
Links to other services
When you tap a WhatsApp link, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Home orders placed in the WellMaster app are covered by the app’s privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date below.
