What we learned while sourcing our ingredients

Every Pakistani kitchen runs on a few things: a jar of honey, a sack of atta, something sweet with chai. They are the foods we trust most and question least.

Before we made a single product, we set out to find the best ingredients we could. Along the way, we learned how the rest of the market works.

  1. We sourced ingredients for our own range

Honey, grains, oils and more, from growers and suppliers across Pakistan.

  2. We studied the products already on the shelf

Where other brands have their products made, and where their ingredients come from.

  3. We found most were not as pure as their labels claimed

Products sold as organic, healthy or sugar-free rarely lived up to the words printed on the pack.

For a family trying to eat well, or anyone cutting down on sugar, a label is a promise. Too often, that promise is broken.

“Organic” and “sugar-free” had become words on a pack, not promises about what is inside it.

What we learned while sourcing our ingredients and studying how other brands make their products

So we made food that keeps its word

WellMaster is our answer. Everything we make is organic. Our sugar-free products really are sugar-free, and nothing in our range contains preservatives. Our tagline, printed on our packs, says why: “Organic Makes Sense”.

And because a claim is only as good as the proof behind it, we are open about all of it: where our ingredients grow, how each product is made, what goes into the pack, and how it reaches you.

Open at every step, from the field to your door

  1. Where it grows

We name where it comes from. Honey and grains from northern Pakistan, buckwheat from Gilgit-Baltistan, moringa from Tharparkar, and olive oil from Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

  2. How it’s made

The traditional way, where it is better. Our chakki atta is ground between stones, our honey is raw (unheated and unfiltered), and our cakes and cookies are baked fresh in small batches.

  3. What goes in the pack

We list what goes in, in plain words. Nothing is added to make it last longer on a shelf, and no refined sugar goes in.

  4. How it reaches you

Straight from us. Families order on WhatsApp and pay cash on delivery, businesses order in bulk through a quote, and the WellMaster app is on its way.

Have a question about a product? Ask us, and we will tell you what is in it and where it came from.
