These terms cover your use of wellmasterhealth.com, run by WellMaster, a brand of Outsource Worldwide, from our office at Adam Jee Road, Saddar Cantt, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Home orders placed in the WellMaster app are covered by the app’s own terms.
Product information
We work to keep product descriptions, pack sizes and photos accurate. Packaging and photos can change between batches. Always check the label on the pack for ingredients and allergens before eating.
Quotes and business orders
- Sending a quote request does not create an order or commit you to buy.
- A quote states its prices, delivery charges and how long it is valid. An order is confirmed only when both sides agree to it in writing, by email or WhatsApp.
- Business customers pay in advance or by bank transfer. Credit terms are offered only to approved businesses and are set out in writing.
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on the city and order size.
Fresh products
Our breads and cakes are baked fresh without preservatives and have a short shelf life. Please store them as the label describes and check your delivery when it arrives.
Damaged or wrong deliveries: if something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as it arrives so we can look into it.
Using this website
The WellMaster name, logo, text and photos on this site belong to WellMaster. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content or photos for commercial use without permission.
Do not misuse the site, for example by sending false quote requests, spam or anything that could harm the site or other people.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary downtime or by relying on information that we later correct. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of Pakistan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
