WellMaster Sidr Honey is raw honey: it is not heated or filtered, so it keeps the natural taste and texture it has in the hive. Nothing is added to it, no sugar, no syrups and no preservatives.

Raw honey can crystallise in cool weather. That is a natural process, not a sign that anything is wrong. To make it runny again, stand the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir.

Why has my honey crystallised?

Crystallisation is a natural process in raw honey, especially below about 15°C. It does not mean the honey has spoiled. Stand the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir until it turns liquid again.

How should honey be stored?

Keep the jar tightly closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use a dry spoon. Do not refrigerate, as cold speeds up crystallisation.
